North splits with West Forsyth

North Davidson split a Central Piedmont Conference meet with West Forsyth on Tuesday in Winston-Salem, with the girls winning 98-70 and the boys falling 109-61.

Winners for the girls were the 200 medley relay team (Kaylyn Vaughan, Rachel Greene, Heather Coppley, Savannah Johnston), Kylee Wooten (200 free), Savannah Johnston (100 fly, 500 free), Kacie Michael (100 free), Kaylyn Vaughan (100 back), the 200 free relay team (Kacie Michael, Madison Wooten, Haley Pace, Rachel Greene) and the 400 free relay team (Savannah Johnston, Kaylyn Vaughan, Kacie Michael, Heather Coppley).

Winners for the boys were Brady Whicker (100 back, 100 fly) and Sam Martin (50 free). Whicker broke his own school record in the 100 back.
