Ledford slams Central

Ledford cruised to a 57-15 nonconference victory at Central Davidson on Wednesday.

Connor Sherrill (106), Ashan Butt (113), Tyler Hinch (120), Austin DeBerry (126), Shabaz Butt (138), Ricky Hall (1700, Zach Koontz (182) and Ben Rickard (195) all won by pin for the Panthers, who improved to 31-11. Jacob Bowman (145), Cody Essick (152) and Tristan Lovette (160) won by decision.

For Central, Jake Smith (220) and heavyweight Jacob Comer won by pin, and Richie Acord (132) won by decision.

Ledford visits Asheboro on Thursday.
