Bulldogs pound East

Thomasville’s junior varsity downed East Davidson 42-6 at Cushwa Stadium in Thomasville on Thursday.

Marquise McLaughlin threw for 122 yards and a touchdown. Allen Blevins had four catches for 45 yards and touchdown.

Panthers roll by Cougars

Ledford’s junior varsity cruised to a 33-0 victory over Southwestern Randolph on Thursday.

Sayquan Moore scored three touchdowns for the Panthers, who improved to 6-1. Nick Bailey and Tyler Scott added one touchdown each. The Panthers visit Asheboro next Thursday.

West JVs fall

Lexington defeated West Davidson 26-12 in a junior varsity game at Philpott Stadium on Thursday.

Chris Brown scored both touchdowns for the Dragons, on a 2-yard run and a 12-yard pass from Carter Beck.

West, now 2-4, hosts Thomasville next Thursday.
