Two from Central sign

Two players from Central Davidson signed national letters of intent with NCAA Division II colleges. Morgan Roach will attend North Greenville University and Jack Byrd is heading for Chowan University.

A catcher, Morgan has a .420 career batting average with three homers and 52 RBIs over three years. Byrd, who has played first base and the outfield, has a .400 career average, also over three years, with seven homers and 51 RBIs for her career.
